The "Peerless Counter" was made by the Folding Bathtub Company of Marshall, Michigan and patented in 1897.  Makers tag is brass and is at the bottom center of cabinet. This general store cabinet is in fantastic condition for it's age. It has 24 wooden storage drawers on the merchant side. One of the drawers is a "cash drawer" with a wooden change insert and all have a wooden oval pull. On the reverse, there are 24 glass seed display drawers which were used to display items available for sale.  This cabinet is in one piece. Overall condition is excellent.  and was made 

Measurements: 10'8 inches long 34" tall and 25 1/2" deep.
