Wrought Iron Window Grate With Top & Center Flowers & Round Bottom Finials
Solid wrought iron window grates like this one were used to secure the exterior of windows to protect people from other intruders.
This unique piece with flowers, scrolls and round bottom finials measures 29 3/8" wide by 24" tall and is 1" thick. Rust is seen throughout. There is a piece of a bottom scroll that is missing and one of the iron balls at the bottom is slightly chipped and pictured.
