The Holihan brothers of Massachusetts started their businesses in the mid 1800's as whiskey distillers along with producing beer and ales under the Holihan's Diamond Springs brewery until prohibition. While still producing soda products all the while, they started back up in 1933 and had a public tap-room available for functions. The later years of the business was geared more to being a contract brewer and closing their business in 1970.

This advertising clock has all original parts.  The graphics on the glass are mostly intact with some minor specks of paint that have worn off and a few small stains. There is a chain on the left side under the top case to turn the light on and off.  The bulbs used to light this fixture were 40 watt bulbs. Any LED  light would be perfect for this clock but especially a tube shape. This glass slides in and out of the case with ease.  The clock face does have crackling throughout. All numbers on the face are sharp and intact and clock works great.   Clock motor was made by the Telechron Clock company.

Measures: Top section - 25 1/2" inches wide x 17 1/2" tall with a 4 3/4" projection from wall. The clock face is 8 1/2" inches in diameter.

This is just one example from thousands of vintage collectibles we have in our shop!
