Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer nationwide shipping on most of our items. Smaller items generally ship out within 2-3 business days.

For larger items (doors, etc) please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping. If you need expedited shipping on your purchase, please reach out to us directly and we can get a custom quote for you.

For addresses with zip codes in the New York, Boston or Los Angeles metropolitan areas, please reach out to us for a shipping quote.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee liftgate delivery for some items in these areas. 

Please contact us for a personalized shipping quote if you require delivery in an excluded area.

Exclusions: Some items cannot ship due to size and weight restrictions. 

Curbside Pickup: Our Curbside Pickup hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Please email us here or give us a call at 804-746-1030 with the date and approximate time of your pickup and we will have your order ready when you arrive.
