This mantel is in excellent condition for it's age.  The existing white paint shows very well with minimal, if not zero, chipping. The design is very simple which allows the next owner to experiment with their creativity! This one also has a headboard for the top shelf and trimmed nicely.

Measurements: 54 5/8"  wide by 55 1/2" tall. Firebox: 37" wide by 36" tall. Top shelf is 11" deep.
