U.S. Model 1873 Springfield Bayonet w/ Scabbard & Leather Hanger GS00906

Post Civil War era Springfield Bayonet Model M1873

The blade has some pitting and discoloring which is shown. In good solid condition with no chips or bends. There is an engraved letter "H" on one side of the bayonet.

Comes with a steel scabbard which has a top end leather hanger with an embossed US plate and hook. The leather piece has ripped at the top and is shown. Reverse side of the leather top has stamped initials of D.C.

Measurements: Bayonet - Blade is 18" long
Scabbard - 18 3/8"
