This antique Hobby Horse was obtained from an estate sale in North Carolina. Made of wood and hand painted, it's set on a swivel cast iron pedestal base and moves freely.
Condition issues are clearly shown in pictures - with one of the front hoofs missing as well as paint missing.
The bottom swivel base may or may not have been original to the horse, however it does work. This piece also may have been hand crafted. Regardless, it's an incredible piece of folk art history.
Measurements: 39 1/2" long x 53" tall with a 24" round bottom base.
