We've created this piece in our shop using a vintage blinking traffic light and attaching it to an industrial steel fan pole with base. Electrical wiring also attached with outlet plug in. All sections work great, light up and blink as they should.

Measurements: Overall height - 93 1/2" tall . Traffic light is 35 1/4" tall 11 3/4" wide with a 15" projection. Pole is 2" round and bottom base is 21" round.
