This is a "new old stock"  concrete statue created by the Unique Stone company.  He is called a Pan Terminal statue.  Pan means "Greek God" and originally designed by the ancient Greeks, Terminal Statues were typically used by the very wealthy in Europe and the United States to delineate the property boundaries of their estates.

In ancient Greek religion and mythology, Pan is the god of the wild, shepherds and flocks, rustic music and impromptus, and companion of the nymphs. He has the hindquarters, legs, and horns of a goat, in the same manner as a faun or satyr. With his homeland in rustic Arcadia, he is also recognized as the god of fields, groves, wooded glens, and often affiliated with sex; because of this, Pan is connected to fertility and the season of spring.

The finish on this statue is called "Aged Antique".  It has a light greenish pastel hue.

Measurements: 58 1/2" tall by 13" squared.  The very top above it's head has a square flat surface measuring 9 1/2" x 10".
