Itzchak Tarkay 1998 "Winnie" Limited Edition Color Serigraph 30" x 31.5" Signed #Tarkay

An embellished serigraph print on woven paper titled "Winnie" by Israeli artist Itzchak Tarkay (1935-2012). 

This hand embellished print depicts a stylized female figure in flowing garments, rendered in bold flattened colors and patterns. She leans into a chair near a potted floral arrangement, and a second figure is visible over her shoulder, rendered in white lines against a blue background. This piece is signed in pencil and in-plate at the lower right corner. Opposite side corner is numbered in pencil "238/350".

Finished with deep blue matting under glass and in a gold gilt wood frame. The frame does have a couple of chips and is pictured within listing. There is a hanging wire mounted on the back.
